School Leavers / Office Juniors

Have you just completed your HSC? Deferring a uni degree in Commerce, IT, HR, Psychology or Communications? Are you well presented with a UAI over 90? We are seeking young people who have a good working knowledge of computers, an open personality and are willing to work hard and learn the business.

You have to be a certain kind of person to want to work a gap year between school and uni. Not everyone wants to do it, not everyone fits the bill.

There are those who just want a good time. Some want to find out what they really want to do in life. Some want to develop their life skills beyond the spoonfed stage many have encountered at secondary school.

There are others who know what they want to do, but just want the opportunity to try it out and develop some practical experience in the field, before investing 4 or 5 years in studying something they have only read about or heard second hand.

Work experience for a couple of weeks is a poor substitute for full immersion for 12 months.

This gap year is where you really find out what management consulting is all about and yet provides you with a "feel on the ground" exposure that sees you having to look after the mechanics of an office, travel arrangements and working with all types of people doing a wide variety of differing tasks in a ranging spectrum of disciplines.
